Locking a PDPM Coach Assessment is used to lock a file so that no changes can be made during MDS submission. Once Lock Input is selected, you will see a note as to who locked the file and what date is was locked.
To unlock a PDPM Coach Assessment, the individual who locked it must simply hit unlock on the PDPM Coach.
