The sidebar is divided into three tabs. Financials, CMI, Notes, and Log.
The Financials tab allows the user to view the accrual of Per Diem per day. This report starts on the day of patient's intake. Use the toggle bar to adjust the length of stay and how Per Diem changes with that adjustment. View a breakdown of Per Diem in each PDPM components by selecting Additional Details.
The CMI tab features a breakdown of the Case Mix Index. Each PDPM Adjusted Component's CMI score and CMI group is displayed here.
The Notes tab allows the user to record any pertinent information not already included in PDPM Coach.
The Clock icon in the sidebar allows the user to view a detail of changes made to the patient's PDPM Coach page. These changes are sorted by date and ICD-10 code. Select a specific code to find more information.
